Our facility is well-equipped with the latest Matrix resistance and cardiovascular equipment. The integrated software allows access for some amazing comforts to make your workout even more enjoyable, whether this is watching TV or connecting your workouts to MyFitnessPal to record your results. This is assisted by Matrix Engage 360 and MYZONE operating systems, providing comprehensive and factual data relating to your workouts. Our mixture of Matrix and Cybex Strength equipment completes the fitness offering allowing users, with a range of different goals and requirements, the flexibility to train in the most appropriate way.

Our team of highly qualified Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers are always on hand to provide assistance to our members. We provide a wide variety of appointments to ensure our member’s needs are catered for, and they are comfortable using the facilities to achieve their goals. All new members to Bicester Health Club are set with a new programme to follow using our Matrix Engage 360 Training System and are welcome to review with the team every four to six weeks to update their programme.
