Get in touch Howlo24/07/2023 Family Wedding We attended this venue to celebrate a family wedding. It was a nice hotel, the day was somewhat disrupted by the terencial rain. Most photos had to be taken in doors. The staff were efficient and friendly, service and food was also good. In all a great place for a wedding. Christopher B20/07/2023 Relaxing stay My wife and I spent a night here to celebrate an anniversary. The staff left a nice chocolate dessert in our room with a "Happy Anniversary" message which was a nice touch. All the staff were extremely pleasant during our stay.Room was lovely, bed was very comfortable. No fridge in the room but we didn't need to use one so there was no issue with this. We spent most of our afternoon in the spa area which was great. A little busy but everyone is as entitled to enjoy the spa as much as everyone else staying there and we were able to get into all the jacuzzis and rooms easily enough. We ate in the restaurant in the evening. Again the staff were extremely friendly. We ate at 1830 in the evening and there was only around 4 tables occupied so nice and peaceful. Food was great and decent sized portions as well.We used the gym in the morning which was fantastic, absolutely massive and loads of equipment. Free if you are staying at the hotel. We used the spa once more in the morning and it was a lot quieter. Then we had breakfast which was included in our stay. Plenty of selection and the cooked food was great. All in all, a great stay and we left well rested. John B05/07/2023 Hotel stay during the Formula 1 Weekend The Reception Manager is a really nice and helpful young lady. I would recommend this Spa and Golf Resort Hotel to anyone wanting a lovely Spa weekend or Golfing break right down to guest services and the cleanliness of the rooms. The lovely lady opened the bar to get me a soft drink at the end of her shift bless her.Not many hotel managers would put themselves out the way she did this evening. Many thanks.John of Room #3 Pds102/07/2023 Don’t listen to the bad reviews, it’s great Was starting to get worried having booked & then seen the reviews. But we honestly couldn’t fault the hotel at all. We received a very warm welcome at check in just after 3pm. We went up to our room, which was a feature room, and this was lovely. Very spacious & lovely views of the golf course. I had a facial in the spa with the amazing Tan. My husband used the performance centre & gym & was really impressed. We loved the swimming pool, hot tubs, steam room, sauna etc. We ate in the restaurant for lunch & had room service later in the evening. Breakfast in the morning. All the food was very good. So please don’t listen to any of the bad reviews as we had an amazing weekend. No it wasn’t cheap but you only get what you pay for! Hope you all enjoy your stays if you book. We can’t wait to go again Arthur C24/06/2023 Very Good Stay Had a great break here. Rooms Airy and Light. Also Clean and Tidy.Breakfast very good. Also very quiet. Bed Excellent. Plenty of parking.Plenty of facilities even though not used. Great Location for exploring the Area.Only negative and not alone in this in the UK No Safe. Everywhere in the world they are pretty standard bearing in mind the amount of personal electronics carried round. Never mind passports etc. Graham F22/06/2023 Excellent short break Had a brief two night stay to visit Oxford and enjoyed our time at the Bicester Hotel Golf & Spa. The hotel staff were all pleasant and helpful which was a real bonus. Our room was well equipped, comfortable bed and good shower and to be honest couldn’t fault it. We used the pool and spa which was really good despite being a little busy. The pool was sectioned off to allow lane swimming which was a nice touch. Need to sort the lockers though, spent ages trying to find one that worked!Breakfast was good and we did eat in the bar, which has a very limited menu and was the only downside to a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well located for Bicester Village and we used the free parking to catch the train to Oxford, approximately 17 minutes. All in all would definitely recommend.Tripadvisor rating score: 4.0 of 5, based on 1316 reviews
