How many bedrooms do you have?

52 en suite bedrooms. Please see our breakdown of bedroom types under the ‘Stay’ section.

Do you offer free parking?

We offer all guests free car parking.

All cars and contents are parked at owner’s risk and must be parked in marked bays only.

What is the nearest train station?

Bicester Village or Bicester North, both 45 minutes to London Marylebone or 10 minutes into Oxford. There is a taxi rank outside both stations.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bedroom cancellations can be made up to noon the day before check in, failure to do so will result in a full charge. Advance purchase rates are charged at the time of booking so cancellations may differ.

How do I cancel my booking?

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation.

Can I reserve more than one room at a time when I book online?

No unfortunately not.

Can I cancel or exchange my booking?

Yes but only in line with the cancellation policy.

Are fees and taxes included in the price?

Yes.

Can I turn up at the hotel without a booking?

To avoid disappointment it is highly recommended to book prior to arrival.

What documents do I need to check-in upon arrival at the hotel?

Form of ID, valid credit or debit card.

Can I make a special request regarding my booking?

Yes you may make a request, the hotel will try all they can to meet this request but there is no guarantee.

Do you provide housekeeping services?

Yes.

Do you have lifts/elevators?

Yes.

Is the reception open 24hours a day?

Yes

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not permitted in the hotel unless they are dogs specifically trained to assist with guest disabilities, i.e. guide dogs or dogs for the hard of hearing.

When can I check in?

Check-in is from 3 pm.

When do I have to check out?

Check-out before 11 am daily.

Do you have disabled access?

We have available Four Classic Accessible double/twin (can be made into one king-sized or two twin beds) with accessible wet rooms (shower only/wheelchair access doors).

Meetings & Events

Do I have to choose a day delegate package?

You can choose the package that you would like, however the day delegate deal is usually more economical for delegates in excess of ten.

If you only want a meeting room for a few hours we can offer you a room hire rate to which we will add any food and drink that you require.

Can I book a meeting room for tomorrow?

Simply call (01869 241204) or email (events@bicesterhgs.com) the events department directly with your requirements and they will confirm availability for you. They will take all your requirements over the phone and you can pay by credit card to secure your booking.

How many people can you accommodate theatre style in your largest room?

200 theatre style in our Orangery and 150 in our Windsor Suite.

Spa

What are your spa opening hours?

Mon – Fri 09:30-20:00, Sat 09:30-19:00, Sun 09:30 – 5:30pm.

How do I book a treatment?
Please call the Health Club Reception on 01869 241204 to book your Spa treatments.
What are the spa age restrictions for treatments?

Over 16.

What should I bring with me?

Swimming costume and a water bottle.

What should I wear?

Robes and Slippers are provided, just bring something comfortable underneath.

I have health conditions, what should I do?

Contact the Spa reception before attending your Spa Treatment.

Do you offer fitness classes?

Enjoy Spinning, HIIT, Yoga, Pilates or even Boot-Camp! With three studios and an outdoor training space, we can host 75 classes per week at our gym.

Do you offer swimming lessons?
We offer both adult and children’s swimming lessons on a one-on-one basis, with the option of choosing one of our qualified swimming teachers.

Can you supply a cot or a crib?

Many of our rooms can accommodate a cot and some an extra child’s bed. These are available on request at an additional charge.

Are the rooms equipped with facilities, hairdryer, iron, kettle etc?

Yes.

You don’t need to be a member or have stayed at Bicester Hotel to play golf.

Weddings

Can we bring external caterers in?

Yes.

Do you offer discounts for guests at the hotel?

No.

Do you offer wedding packages?

We have a wide range of affordable wedding packages available to suit all wedding sizes.

How do I check availability?

Please send us your enquiry using our wedding form and we can see what is available for you.

Do you offer payment terms?

We require a £500 non-refundable deposit to secure and confirm your special day. Our payment schedule is six months prior – 50% of wedding balance due, six weeks prior to the wedding – 100% of wedding balance due.

Can we choose our own music / DJ?

Yes

Do we need to pack everything up at the end of the night?

This can be discussed with the events team for individual circumstances.

Will there be another wedding at the same time?

No other weddings will be held on site on the same day.

What happens if I have planned an outdoor ceremony and it rains?

Our Wedding function rooms can cater for all weddings.
